This is the staging-use charge for the inventory selected for your property. We confirm the landed retail value, exact pieces, availability and use dates before booking.
Delivery, installation, collection, tax and additional services are identified in the project quote. Purchases for furnished living are quoted separately.
Shop prices are purchase prices unless an item is explicitly presented with a staging-use quote.

Before you choose.
Can I choose something from a lookbook for staging?
Yes. Share the item or room you like. We check whether the piece is in staging inventory for your dates, can be sourced for purchase, or needs a suitable alternative.
Can we work with furniture already in the property?
Include those pieces in your photos and measurements. We can discuss a plan around what stays, with art, lighting and selected furnishings to complete the room. The project scope is confirmed in your quote.
Do you include florals and substantial plants?
Arrangements and plants can be part of the room selection alongside art, lighting and furniture. Their size, placement and availability are confirmed for your project.
Is the 12% staging-use charge a purchase price?
No. It covers three months of staging use of the selected inventory. A purchase is quoted separately, and delivery, installation, collection, tax and additional services are identified in the project quote.
When do we confirm availability and shipping?
Before an order is placed or a staging booking is confirmed. We follow up with the selection, availability, timing and total quote, including applicable shipping and other fees.
